Question: Does this effect my weight loss!?
I exercise between 5:30-6:00 every night!. Sometimes around 7!. Then I go to bed around 10:00-10:30!. Does that have any effect on me loosing weight!? I'm not sure if working out before bed is good or bad so I figured I would ask!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Time of day won't really have that much effect on weight loss!. It can have an effect on sleep patterns, if you don't give yourself enough time for your body to slow back down (a couple hours is good, so it looks like you're in the clear)!.

Exercise is just as important as food intake when it comes to losing weight!. There's plenty of good instruction for exercise on the web portal in the box below!. I lost 6 pounds by taking their advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
