Question: How can i boost my metabolism to burn calories!?
ok so this is the story i am 21 yrs old im 5'5 and 180 ive been this weight for as long as i stop growing!. i don't gain weight just because i don't have the greatest appetite so i dont go over the calorie intake, but that caused my metabolism to be very slow!. i never exercise because with school im so freaking busy that i don't have time!. so im at this weight because of my metabolism and my poor activity!.
so what im trying to ask is if theirs anything that i can take or do to boost my metabolism and maybe some quick workout that would make me burn lots of calories so that can help me loose weight!.!.!.

Everyone systems is different!. I fyou are consuming more calories than you are burning, that would be a concern!. Might have your parents take you to have a blood draw that will determine thyroid function!. Genetics may play a part in slow metabolism!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

when someone says they dont time to exercise, i ask them does having no time stop them from brushing their teeth, having a shower, eating, sleeping!? then why not make exercise an equally important 'must-do' routine, as important as personal hygiene!?
