Why do you need to lose Weight!? You definitely are not over weight, just eat healthy and do a lot of walking, jogging and skipping!. But If you really feel the need to lose 5 pounds google search "diet plans", a lot of good information will come up!. Good luck :)

You are already in a healthy weight range losing 5 pounds might not be good for you!. What you need to do is exercise your weight into muscle!. and eat 6 small meals a day!. Do about 10 push ups and 10 sit ups a day!. if you cant do ten do 5!. if you can do a push up start out with a modified push up on your knees!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
How about starting with walking 30 minutes a day or jogging 20 minutes a day!? If you can do either or part of either while getting to or from school including, if you ride public buses, getting on or off a stop extra may give you 10 minutes if you wish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-roller blading
-hide and seek
-doing cartwheels on my front lawn lol

my daughter is 12 yrs old and 5 feet and 87 pounds she swims 2hrs every day and walk her dog and runs alot in gym even though shes a bad runner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
