Question: How can skinny girls gain weight!?
I eat TONS of meals a day either being healthy or unhealthy and it does nothing!.
my friend at UConn told me that I have brownfat which is the fat that babies have on them to keep them warm!. I still have that and my back is always really hot!. If I dont eat every hour I can lose 2 or more pounds in a day!. I'm healthy though, I dont do this purposely!. I just wanna gain weight!. I'll do anything to put on 10-20lbs!. Eat a lot of protein: nuts, meat, tofu, beans!. And drink whole milk!. This will give you lean muscle, not fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could try and take some protein supplements,
like cytoGainer or TrueMass are really good for people who are trying to gain weight, eat a lot of carbs, starchy foods, anything you can get your hands on!.

are you sure youre healthy!? i mean like some people lack a certain type of enzyme that can't absorb nutrients and such!. you should get it checked out by a doctor!.
If you are perfectly healthy, ive had that happening too kind of!. until i kept on eating and eating (i thought i would never gain) and then BOOM! i gained like 7 pounds and got stretch mark on my legs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a lot! of protein bars!. One bar is like a full meal but they dont fill you up as fast so you can eat more than one and have a lot of calories loaded on by the end of the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
