Should I jump rope or run?!
Question: Should I jump rope or run!?
I want to get lighter on my feet, increase my fitness and gain in speed!. I'm trying to work on these 3 components!. Should I start skipping everyday or run every 2nd day!? Maybe even do both!? If you suggest me doing both could you please tell me what days to do it on!? Thanks!

Variety in any exercise routine is the secret to any hope of success!.
Best option: Definitely skip rope everyday, as long as you don't have a heart condition!.
(As I don't know the current level of your fitness, it would really be ill advised of me to suggest to you what you should actually do!.)
However, a half an hour of exercise is usually the recommended norm, so if you are a beginner, try skipping rope for half an hour on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!. Then alternate with half an hour of running on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday!. On Sunday, if this is your day off, combine both activities, or go for a walk instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would do both, but running one day, jumping the next!.!.!.!. or however you schedule your exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
