Question: How is this for today!? Too much!?
This is what I ate today!.!.!.what do you think!?

Breakfast: 2 eggs cooked in Pam and a small cup of iced tea-270 cals

Snack: Granny Smith Apple-80 cals

Lunch: A Turkey breast and provolone sandwich on whole grain bread-290 cals
Bowl of tomato soup-200 cals

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast and garlic spinach-unknown cals!? Its home cooked

This depends on your size!. For healthy weight loss you should create a deficit in the recommended amount of calories for your size of 500 per day (either by burning them through exercise or cutting them in diet)!.

This seems like a total of around 1000 calories (depending on the portion size of your dinner) which is the recommended caloric intake of a female who weighs 110 pounds who does no physical activity if she wants to lose a pound a week!. If you weigh more than 110 pounds and are exercising, I would increase the calories you're eating by adding some more small snacks at intervals through your day or increasing the size of a meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
