Am I doing enough cardio workout?!


Question: Am I doing enough cardio workout!?
I go on the cross-trainer 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week!. I keep a steady and good pace, not slowing down too often and setting the inclination at a high level (not straining myself, just enough to break a sweat!)
My question is, is it enough!? Will it actually do anything!? Because I'm new to this, so I'm not sure!.
My other question is!.!.!. will this help lose weight!?
By the way, I'm 5'8 and weigh about 145, and I eat normally, not really dieting!. I hardly ever eat sweets, I try to eat healthy meat, veggies and fruit, and I can't really resist carbs, but try!

Yes, that is plenty especially if you are eating responsibly!.

However, I would suggest taking at least one day off from cardio to allow your body time to recuperate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
