Question: Wat can i do to help myself!?
i wanna strengethen my upper body and recnlty i started weight lifting (over 4 weeks now) but im not seeing much of a difference but i do see a little like i can feel my biceps a bit stronger etc (im overweight)
So ive decided to do upper body sterenght the old way (press-ups) but i cant do them!.!.!.!.!., i do 1-3 depending of wat i was doing b4 that, and i ve heard ppl who can do 20 and i think they r heroes, wat can i do to improve my press ups, any tips etc!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well as a nutritionalist there is a few things you can do diet wise!. You can ut out sugary foods and salty foods out of diet!. Moderate alchol and moderate carbohydrates try pasta, rice ect wholegrain and eat more protein ie!. red meat!.!. the protein will build muscle if weights r used!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
