Yeah because when you exceed 15 it's usually considered an endurance workout!. With that being said, if you want to do pushups, do weighted pushups that would only allow you to do sets of 8-12 pushups!. Try getting a backpack and stuff it with books and put it on a scale to see how much it weighs!. Then you can keep recording and see your progress!.
If you want to work the upper or lower part of the chest, you can elevate your feet and do pushups!. That would target the upper chest!. To work the lower chest, leave your feet on the floor and this time elevate your hands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
