I want to lose weight for my wedding...?!
Question: I want to lose weight for my wedding!.!.!.!?
I am 5'7 and I weigh about 180 lbs!. In highschool (two years ago) I weighted 160 and was almost thin, lots of muscle but now I have gotten heavier and not as defined though everyone says that I don't look anything like my weight at all!.
Well I am getting married this winter and I want to get down to at least 165 by January 15 do you think it is possible to do this if I take up exercise and eating better!?
I was just thinking if losing about 20 lbs in 2 or 3 months is possible!? If it is could anyone tell me what they would suggest in pills that would also help along with the diet and exercise!? I heard the acai berry stuff is amazing and ordered some or is that just stupid to try!?
