Question: 11 year old 4"9 140 pound quarterback!?
I am 11 year old, 4"9, and 140 pounds!. I think I am way to big to be a quarterback but I am a really good at throwing!. All of my friends say I should try out for my middle school team!. I normally run a lot and get a lot of exercise at my dads, but when I got to my moms in texas I seem to do less exercise and eat a ton of junk food!. I have been better at eating less junk food at my moms but I would still like to lose 30 pounds by spring!. Any good diets or good exercise routines for a kid my age that I could try!?

Here is a diet and exersice plan:
7:00 am- Run 2 miles
7:30 am- come home and have a serving of cereal with fat free wilk with and apple
Then go to school
3:00-5:00: Spend time outdoors!.!.!. running or plaing catch!?
6:00: Have supper (like something healthy!.!.!. maybey a grilled chicken sandwhich)
8:00: Do an evening workout!.!.!. run a mile or so!.!.!.
9:00/10:00: go to bed!. don't stay up to late because if you do then you won't feel like doing yoru workouts in the morning plus your metablism will slow down if you don't get enough rest! Www@Answer-Health@Com
