Would this be a good diet plan?!
Question: Would this be a good diet plan!?
I'm 5ft7 and 133lbs and I want to lose weight!. So I was thinking if I:
1) Ate food with no processed sugar
2) Went on the treadmill for half and hour twice a week
3) Ate 3 (healthy) meals a day and only snack on fruit and rice cakes
4) Don't eat fatty/oily food and don't drink fizzy drinks (only water)
If I did this, would I be able to lose weight!?

Instead of 3 meals a days, have 5 smaller ones!. It's been proved that this can speed your metabolism which can help you lose weight!. The processed sugar stuff won't help you lose weight, just make you a little healthier, so it's still a decent idea!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
That sounds like what I have to do to maintain my weight!. But if that is a considerable amount of cut back for you in eating and a considerable amount of increase working out!. you will definitely lose weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
