Answers:
Monday and Wednesday 3-4 mile aerobic walks!.

Tuesday and Thursday 2 hours cardio boot camp (running laps, bleachers, lunges, push ups, leg lifts, crunches, jumping jacks, squats, etc!., etc!., etc!.)

M, T, W, & Th I ride my bike instead of taking the car

Wednesday night 3-6 mile run

Thursday night 3-6 mile run

Friday rest

Saturday 5 mile run or Sunday a 5K, 10K or half marathon race

I'm also hooked on Cross Fit -- I try to incorporate a WOD into my day somehowWww@Answer-Health@Com

I like Yoga and Pilates!. Of course working my dogs is also part of my routine!.

I haven't had the time for Yoga or Pilates for some time, and then I finally had the time and couldn't do it because I had to go and fracture a bone!.

Bone is healed up now so I'm hoping to get the all clear from the rehab trainer to start Yoga and Pilates again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I run on the treadmill - depending on the weather - otherwise, I'll run outside for a few miles!.

I also work with dumbbells to tone my arms because they're a bit flabby =P
I do tons of squats, jumping jacks, and crunches!.

Each day varies!.
One day I'll work on cardiovascular activities!. The next day, I'll work with weights to tone!.

No, I don't go to a gym and sweat while on a treadmill or something!.!.!.

and yes I do, I run around every day cleaning the house, running to he store, getting the kids off to school, getting ready for work!.!.!.then going to work and running up and down the hotel working!.!.!.so yes, I think I do excercise regularly ( I think )Www@Answer-Health@Com

haha nope i hate exercising!. instead i just eat healthy and eat a little less then what i would if i did exercise!. but when i guess i do exercise in the summer when i bike about 6 miles but then i got hit by a car 2 months ago so that stopped that for a while!. hah! Www@Answer-Health@Com

I go to the gym and do about 20-30 minutes of cardio on either treadmill or elliptical, and then about 30 minutes of toning!. Sometimes I feel good and amp up my cardio haha but then I'm done for the day!.

No routine here, but the daily dog training I do with my dogs in herding does keep me pretty active :c)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use to faithfully & loved the results, but I now have a bad lower back so unfortunately I can't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
