Question: Want to lose 40 pounds!!!! in 7 months!?
I really want to lose weight, i am 5'2 and 177 pounds my goal weight is 135 pounds!. i have been losing some weight but very slowly!. i have lost 16 pounds since july!. i do billy's bootcamp dvd!. i do crunches!. i cant afford a gym membership!. Please give me tips!. and notes from your own experience!. i use sparkteens!.com and it helps some!. I am a sz!. 13 in juniors and i want to be a 7!. i eat ok!. so dont say eat fruits//veggies!. and i eat smaller portions!.
need will power!. because my dad made fudge this week and i hadn't been doing my work out every evening like i have been, i gained almost 3 pounds in one week!


i have had many thoughts about trying to puke, and tried it twice, but nothing happened!.!.!.i really dont want to do that i just get so mad and upset at myself!.!.!.!. please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont puke!.!.!.its disgusting and wont make you feel good about yourself in the long run!. try telling your dad and family that you are trying to lose a bit of weight so if they could shop better (fruits, veggies!.!.!.) and not make fudge, ud really appreciate it!. Go to the mall and get a big poster of a pretty skinny girl in a bikini!. ull see it all the time and feel bad about eating bad stuff!. Try drinking black or coffee with skim milk and splenda (it makes u less hungry, and its warm and fill u up!. Do not upset which will have adverse effects on your health!. Be normal and follow simple tips with out troubling yourselves much!. Follow simple tips, which will help you a lot to lose 40 lbs in 7 months - this can be achieved without difficult!.

Eat fat free foods and avoid junk foods and walk at least 2 miles a day - these will help you to achieve your goal!.

This is going to sound strange but follow a water fasting diet!. A couple of people I know have done it and it works over a long period of time!. When you're extremely starving and feel absolutely terrible, eat a cube of cheese, or a piece of celery!. Strange diet but it seems to work!. The girl I know went from 155 to 130 in about 1 and a half months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok well im 12 and i fit into sixe 16 cloths and am an addult size 12!. im tall and look 15 but im obviously tryna loose weight to!.

well dont puke cause that can give you reall bad liver damage!.

Try to go natural, not processed!. Whole grains, raw fruits and veg, water, 100% fruit juice, or light milk and yogurts, etc!. Cut out pop and caffeine, even diet pop has salt and you retain a lot more fluids!.

Puking isnt worth it, wrings you out and then leaves your stomach empty and eager to absorb more!. Moderation rather than extreme deprivation!.!.!. slow and steady! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
