Question: I m struggling with weight loss and diet!?
i m really tireddddddd!.!.!.i m always on diet and then when i stop it i gain weight again!.!.!.my dream is to lose 15 kilos!.!.!.it is only what i need to be so slim! i m really depressedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Reduce (don't cut) fat!. Reduce (don't cut) sugar!. By eliminating fat and sugar it makes you crave it all the more and then it becomes too easy to binge!. Instead allow yourself some, and it will help cut the cravings!. Before you dish up a second portion, think to yourself "do I want this second serving or do I want to lose weight!?" If you mess up, forgive yourself and start over right then!. When you do decide to eat desert or higher fat content, commit to 30 minutes of activity on the same day--walking is just fine!. Moderation is very important!. Get some activity at least 4 days per week!. Quit dieting and just do what I am telling you!. It is very easy!. 1) Reduce sugar and fat 2) get activity 4 times per week at minimum (something you like doing--cleaning fast is fine) 3) Moderate your proportions!. Food is so good, so enjoy it, just don't overdue it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I need to lose 23 kilos which I gained last year after having a embolism in my lung, I have tried every fad diet blah blah blah!. never worked!. I joined the gym and the hardest part was getting through the door but I lost 2 kilos this week and I feel amazing, more energy and I cant wait to go back!.

Just eat less and move more!. It really is that simple but the problem is the lack of willpower and the mindset!. I normally walk into maccas and eat anything!. Yesterday I did a very hard class at the gym and went to maccas and thought I just worked so damn hard there is no way I am stuffing it up with food like this!. Seriously if you join the gym your mindset will start to change!. Once you change the mind the body will follow!. Dont think of it like a diet, make sure its something maintable for life and treat yourself!. If you stuff up dont think "Oh I have blown it and then give up, just see it as a minor setback and dont feel guilty!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all u need is a clear mind and joy full day to be energetic and c u bein on diet is good !. but u shundt be on crash diet !. it only ends up in havin u gain more as u stop !.


try yoga , hot lemon juice , drink more water !. gettin dpressed is too easy a job !. so u better get to leave ur thinking of nt losing wt !. Www@Answer-Health@Com
