What to eat before going to work out in the Morning and Night?!


Question: What to eat before going to work out in the Morning and Night!?
Ok, I am going to start my weight loss journey within this next week!. I just need some advice on my food choices (as they suck right now!!) I just need to know what kind of food to eat before I go and do my work out in the morning and before I do my workout before bed!.

Can you kind of be specific, like certain foods!? As I am totally lost in this area!. My whole weight problem is from my eating history!. Even when I was active in sports and such, I still gained weight because of my eating style!.

My question seems to be a little brod, so I guess any advice would be good!. Thank-You in advance!.

i agree with nanu but also the simplest way to lose weight not that exercises isn't important cuz it really is but cutting out pop candy ne thing with sugar or salt u can cut right out drink less wine and beer u'll get all the sugars and salts u need naturally from fruits and meats Www@Answer-Health@Com
