Answers:
You don't exercise moderately!. You exercise a lot!. Not that that is bad or anything, but if you are a teenager and growing and your nutritionist says you need more calories then they are right!. You probably do need more fat in your body as what you're describing sounds like secondary amenorrhea, when you have had your period but then it stops for three months (if your periods are regular) or six months (if your periods are irregular)!. When you are menstruating your body is telling you that you can have babies!. Since you have stopped your body is basically telling you that you are not healthy enough to support life!. The causes of secondary amenorrhea are (among other things) excessive exercise; eating disorders like anorexia, bulimia; and stress!. I am not suggesting that you have an eating disorder (though 1200 calories is a restrictive diet for someone in their growing years) but you definitely do a great deal of exercise and need to consume more calories!. They can be healthy calories, but you just need more of them!. Instead of going for non fat, you could try low fat!. Also you are not fat!. At 113 pounds I don't know if you are looking for reassurance because you're insecure or something, but you cannot honestly be serious!. Saying that you feel fat at your height and weight is rude to people who really do have weight problems!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow, girl, this is a serious problem!. If you period hasn't come in 4 months something is definitely wrong!. Just because you eat food that is healthy doesn't mean you ARE healthy!. You're only healthy if you eat ENOUGH healthy food!. 1400 calories isn't enough, especially if you do that much exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you do need more calories!. sorry you're having a hard time adjusting tho!. about 1600 min for your activity level based on your current weight!. maybe add some flax or fish oil caps to give you some healthy fats that wouldn't make you feel like you ate so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to realise that eating more is best for you!. especially since hte doctor said it and u MUST trust them!. u exercise WAY over average, it is defniely not moderate!. by the way you are acting -eating-exercising and feeling it seems you are heading down a dangerious path!. and i would know from experience!. please try to eat more, and you dont need to exercise as much
you must realise that if you exercise, you need to make up for the calories

i hope you can realise this and help youself and i wish you all the best
there is no reason for you to feel this way!. you eat too less and exercise too muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you'd be better off if you didn't eat larger meals and instead ate smaller meals more often!. Then you won't have to feel like you ate a ton at any point, but you can increase your overall caloric intake!.

Also, if you don't like whole milk versus say skim milk, maybe you'll feel better eating nuts!. Nuts have a decent amount of fat and can give you calories while being healthy and not feeling as heavy!. Throw some nuts and dried fruits in some food for more calories per bite and you might feel better!.

Consider cutting down a bit on the high fiber foods so you don't feel full so fast!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
