How should i take my creatine?!
Question: How should i take my creatine!?
its six star muscle professional strength creatine, and i am wondering if i should take it before i workout (and, or) after!. and can i take it with more than 6 0z of water!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you take creatine make sure you drink at LEAST 80 ounces of water a day!. When you start using creatine you are supposed to load up on it!. so instead of just 1 scoop take 1 1/2 scoop!.do this for 10 days!.so The first 10 days take 1 1/2 scoop as soon as u wake up with lots of water, do not eat anything for 20 minns after you take it!.When ever you get done working out you should take 1 1/2 scoops with lots of water immidiatly, if u are using any kind of proten supplement after you work out it wont effect the creatine!.
After the 10 days are up you should use it the same time as u did during the phase but only use 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop after workout!.
If you are taking the six star pills you should take 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills after workout during loading phase!.2 pills in morn!. and 2 pills after workout after 10 days are up!.

wtf!.!.!. ok first of all!. you take it BEFORE and not after you take it because it gives you a boost for your workout!. you dont need the boost after you work out!.!.!.!.!. and !.!.!.!.!.!. !.!.!. YES YOU CAN TAKE IT WITH MORE THEN 6 OZ OF WATER!!!!!!!! god!.!.!. your suposed to drink ALOT of water when you do creatine, because you can become dehydrated!. i think they give thoes ratings so it tastes good!. cause with to much or little water it will taste different!. probably not as good!.
