Question: How can i earn wheight!?
hi!.
Well i'm 16 years old
and i'm pretty skinny because of my height like 5"11
but i want to get weight so i can do excersie
the problem is that i dont like fruits or vegetables!.!.
can u tell me a diet to get weight withouth fruits or vegetables!?

Here is a fast easy workout schedule go to firsttimelifter!.com!. I started lifting when I was 15 and this is the workout I did!. I was 130 and could bench 240 by the time I was a senior!. The guy that just posted has some good points!. But even mass doesn't mean strength as the posted indicated to be 130 which is thin but still strong!. While others can be 200 and not lift as much!.

You are still growing so no need to put more weight on yourself!.

But if you want muscles weighs more than fat so work out with heavy weights, eat a lot of protein foods like broccoli and don't rely on meats since if you reply on meats for protein you will get protein poisoning!.

Or the bad way to gain fat by eating before bed which protein gets stored as fat!.
Eat foods high in calories and do not be active!. Or just eat foods with lots of fat!.

But if you don't want to work out you can aways do what heavy people do to loose weight the wrong way by eating 1 or 2 time a day the daily portion of your food which is why you never see results since they are like banging into a wall and not realizing that its not effective!. Eventually the wall breaks when they hit it too much but again that's the wrong way they diet but a good way for you to gain weight!. ;)

Don't let people pressure you that you are thin!. If that is your reason to be like others then maybe you need other advice like a psychiatrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
