Question: Can I still have sweets and maintain/lose weight!?
If I substitute a dessert for a meal, can I still lose/maintain my weight!?

Say I have a piece of boston creme pie instead of lunch or instead of dinner!?

I am 5'4!.5'' and 107 pounds!. 16 years old; female!. I run about 2 miles everyday!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most definitely!. Skinny people are skinny because they have a high metabolism!. You may maintain weight, but that doesn't make you healthy if you stuff your face with unhealthy foods!. But yeah one pie won't kill you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, im 13, im 5'7 115lbs!. and i've eat'n sweets, havnt lost or gained weight dramatically!. i run about 3-5 miles everyday, i like running!. I wouldnt substitute a dessert for a meal because it seems a lil unhealthy, depending on what the dessert is!. Just dont over do it with the sweets k chicka!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do NOT need to worry about losing weight! It's not healthy to replace meals with desserts!.!.!.you need nutrient-rich foods to keep your body working right (especially if you run every day)!. There's nothing wrong with adding a piece of pie to your lunch or dinner; just don't skip a meal for the pie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
