How can a slightly disabled person like me still workout and gain muscle?!

Question: How can a slightly disabled person like me still workout and gain muscle!?
I am 18 y!.o!., 151 lbs!., and 5'7"!. I was born missing most of my left arm and missing two fingers on my right hand!. I have a prosthetic left arm!. I've started dieting and working out!. I mainly am doing cardio right now and when I lift, I mainly can only use my right hand (lift with no problem there) - making me only really able to build my right side of my body!. I want to be able to build muscle on my left side without having to pick up a weight!. It's kinda hard to lift with a fake arm!. I'm still determined I know there's gotta be a way!. What I'm asking is if anybody knows any alternative muscle-building exercises that I could do that does not involve weights!. The only other one I can think of is push-ups!. I appreciate the help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had to think about this one for a bit!.!.!. So you say you are missing most of your left arm, does that mean you still have about half of your upper arm!.!.!?!? If that is the case, you can do Isometric exercises with that arm!.
For example, to train your shoulders, you could stand with your left arm almost against the wall, and push hard against the wall for a few seconds, doing this about 10-12 times!. This would equate to doing a full set of side raises!.
Abs are not a problem, just do crunches and it's variations will do the trick, there!.
When you do things like seated pully rows for your back, when u tuck your shoulders back to contract the muscles, pull your left shoulder back and squeeze both back muscles at the same time, even though it's just your right arm doing the pulling on the weight!.
Same goes for single arm dumbell bench presses, focus on contracting your left side as you contract your right side, too!.
I'm not sure to what extent you can use your prosthetic arm to bend or lift the weights, but if you are limited, what I suggested may help!.
Without your left arm, I guess ur limited to chest, back, abs and shoulders!. I wish I knew more to offer more help, but I haven't come across someone in your position before!.
Maybe feed a rope or seatbelt kind of thing through a 5kg weight, and loop the other end over your left arm, and start with your arm paralell to the ground, to do things like side raises!.!.!?!?
Thats about all I i can suggest, I hope it helps, though!.
It's awesome that ur determined to train hard, though, despite your setback!. :)
All the best, bro!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello rosstiemann,
I am sure when you are determined as you are, I am sure you will think of a way to meet your needs & start asking a personal Trainer to give you some pointers and gather some information from some people to make your own unique exercising program all by yourself :)

Best of Luck to you rosstiemann's :)

maybe you could buy weights that strap to your arm, and while you have those weights on you can do arm raises and flex your arm and rotate your arms!. I hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try resistance and "body weight" exercises - strength bands, pushing pulling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
