Question: What's the best way to lose 10 pounds in one week!? !?
I have to fit into a costume next friday nite and I wanna lose ten pounds FAST!.!.!.mostly from my thighs!! HELP!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can't pick where to lose wight first!. your body is programmed to do that a certain way depending on your genes!. You can lose 10 lbs!. in one week but it's not healthy, but doing it once won't harm you!. The best way is to run or walk A LOT!. you burn about 100 calories a mile, so I would eat about 1500 calories per day of quality food (cut out sugary and fatty stuff)!. I'm not sure if your body will burn more fat or muscle!.
There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat so you can do the math to figure out how much you can eat and how much to walk or fun!. You probably burn about 1800 -2000 calories a day without running or walking!.
So, that's about 350 miles of walking to burn off 10 lbs of fat!. Don't worry I think a pound of muscle is less that 3500 calories and youll defintley lose muscle that way!. look up calories in a pound of muscle to find out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat salads all three meals of the day (w/o no dressing or anything on it) and have 3 snacks between meals, all consisting of either 1 apple or 2 oz of baby carrot sticks or a 1/2 cup of grapes or a cup of strawberries!. And you also have to either run 6 miles everday (not stopping at all) or walk 10 miles each day (no breaks!.) It'll be really hard but you'll lose the 10 pds!. u can't lose 10 lbs in a week!. if u somehow do its really unhealthy and youll gain it all back!.

u can lose like 2 or 3 lbs if you just eat healtheir and excersize but 10 lbs is impossibleWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can do what they do on The Biggest Loser!. Work out 5 - 6 hours a day and eat only about 1200 calories per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
