Question: Help Pleaz!!! Advice!!!!?
At the end of October my family and I our going to going on a little mini vacation and i want to lose weight without taking and pills and stuff like that!. Every day i run atleast a mile and i just have signed up to be active 3 days a week for 28 days!. Well, Im not fat but i want to lose wieght in my thighs, arms and stomach!! How can i do that by the end of October!. Atleast 15-20 pounds!. Thanks!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not uncommon to lose 20 pounds in a month!. do some type of cardio 5-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes depending on how you feel!. most doctors recommend this for health!.

also try some calisthenics : push-ups, sit-ups and pull ups to help tone your upper body and compliment your cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
