I need a little bit of help?!


Question: I need a little bit of help!?
i have gained a lot of wieght over the past month
due to eating out ordering foood
and not caring

i am curently at 213 i know :[ and want to get down to one 160 -175

i have been there before so i know its possible i am currently eating one meal per day dinner lots of water and starting out by doing 100 jumping jacks and 50 sit ups

i want to no how to get faster results effectvly i will be buying hydroxycut soon [ i have used it before and it does help with my results] but i want to know what else can ido to make it faster

prom is next may its a while but do you think i can get down to 160 or maybe less what could i do plz and thankzWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should be eating more small meals a day!

When you only eat once a day, your body tends to conserve those calories so that you have enough energy until you eat again!. By eating smaller meals throughout the day, your body will burn calories faster (revs up your metabolism)!. Of course, those should be healthy meals!.

If you eat a healthy breakfast, your metabolism will start speeding up!.

Also, do more cardio!. At least half an hour 4 times a week!. And don't be afraid to add in some weight training!.

First of all, eat in the morning (breakfast) I know during school its hard to fit it in but it will start your metabolism earlier, therefore you will lose more!. Besides eating a lot at dinner like i'm guessing you'll be doing try to eat three small meals, but small portions!. Also for the exercises mix it up and try different things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's so hard to lose weight!

First, I would talk to your doctor and get a physical!. Sometimes they have some really great ideas!.

If you are only eating one meal a day and working out you may not be getting the nutrients that you need!. Your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight!. Especially with being in your teens!.

The best way is to eat!.!.!. that's right eat!. Make sure that you eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner and a snack!. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits!. Yogurt as a snack with some stringed cheese!. Lean proteins are important too! Hard boiled eggs, chicken, peanut butter and fish!.!.!. An apple with some peanut butter is a great snack!.!.!. If you need more food ideas let me know! Also!.!.!. 64 oz of water a day and no cokes! : ) !.!.!. that's a hard one!.!.!. : )

BUT do not take weightloss pills!. These can be potentially bad for your health and you will gain the weight right back!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
