Question: Why is my weight so differentt from the morning to now!?
This morning i weighed 10stone exactly (i am 5"10 and 23 female) so this is ok, but i weighed myself now and i weigh 10 and 1/2 stone, :(

your always lighter in the mornings - once you start having drinks and food then your weight starts to increase over the day!. you should weigh yourself once a week only - and always the same day, the same time of day, and the same scales, that way you can see if you have gained, lost, or stayed the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
what is a stone!? weight increases as you eat and drink during the day , then the body makes waste and gets rid of the excess!.

After sleeping, you've went hours without food and you've sweated the weight off naturally!. It all builds on througout the day because of snacks and meals in general!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just because you eat through the day and stuff, the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning before you eat cuz thta's your real weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
