Cucumbers will not trim your abs or tummy!. Get into an Aerobics class or join a gym in order to successfully lose in those areas!. You'd be surprised how trim you'll get in those areas by walking daily!. Walking is the most natural form of exercise & is gentler on the joints!. Day by day, increase your speed & distance!. Walking an hour at least once a day is just fine!. If you like to bike, bike one day & walk the next, to avoid boredom!. In no time at all, you'll see the results & will be happy with what you see!.
