Question: I was Wieght lifting for a year now!?
Then recently i got bored and stoped any ideas about how i can get back into it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Will power and motivation!.
I stopped for about a year after training three times a week for 2 1/2 years, and getting back into it was difficult!.
The first hurdle is getting over the initial couple of weeks worth of aches, pains and lack of motivation, once you're back into the swing of things, you realise you quite enjoy it, you feel good, look good and it's hard to stop!
Set out some goals if it helps, what do you want to acheive!? Big ripped muscles or just tone up!?
Do you have time to start working out again, if so make it your sole activity and don't do anything else -- commit to it the same way you'd commit to getting a shower every day, make it part of your routine, that way it becomes part of your lifestyle and not something you struggle with from time to time!.
I know for a fact that every monday, tuesday, thursday and friday, I get home from work and the first thing I do is work out, shower and eat!. It's routine!.
Like I said, Will Power and motivation!. If you've worked out before you'll know it's hard work, but if you set yourself a target, you've got something to work toward, a reward - That is motivation!.
