Question: How to get bigger as in become a body builder!?
I am 6'0, 190 pounds!. I am trying to get a good body!. May anyone please help me with my gym exercies' schedule!? like what do I do to get bigger bisceps, chest etc!. and how do I go about it!? Body building isn't just a working out, it's having a extremely strict diet plan!. Remember to eat 6 times a day!. If you sleep for more than 8 hours I would try and waking up 4 hours into your sleeping nap and eat something to keep your metabolism rollingWww@Answer-Health@Com
