But it is better than normal chocolate!.

I've asked a question as to what every health buff should have in their fridge, alot of people mentioned "dark chocolate"!.!.!.!.while it won't magically make you lose weight, it helps you stay healthy!. I particularly like dark chocolate because I don't have a sweet tooth and you can taste the flavor more instead of just all-sugar!. It's a better alternative to milk chocolate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Dark chocolate is an anti oxidant which is why people take it!. If you use just a small amount each day, you shouldn't gain weight because you will be active and use up the calories!. My daughter has a piece of dark chocolate every single day because of the benefits in it!. Dark chocolate doesn't have as much sugar as milk chocolate!. don't worry, it won't hurt to take a piece each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dark chocolate has about 10% sugar in it, thats why it tastes bad (For me)!. it doesnt help u loose weight, it just doesnt make you fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
