Question: Help me losee weight pleasee !!!?
i am 16 and am 5'3 and way 10 stone :-| i have tryd all the diets you can think of and nuthng works att all!. its realyy depressing me so much i hate to evn go outside case i look to fat, i have tryed drinkin 3-4 litres of water aday i try excersizing for a hour a day and i can't shift the weight ! please help some-onee !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
