Question: What is yoga!? What is Pilates!? Which is better for a swimmer!?
Answers:
Yoga is a calm, exercise, where you do everything in slow movement, by doing difficult poses
Pilates, are good for your legs they are exercises specifically for your legs, and are VERY good for being flexible!.
Which is better for a swimmer!?!?!? hmm!.!.!.!.I think both is absolutely the best, perhaps if you wish to be more flexible I would recommend Yoga, but if you would like to have more muscle-built and lean looking legs, i would Definitely reccomend Pilates!.!.

When yoga targets your entire body/mind health, pilates targets specific areas of your body!. I suggest you go with yoga for your entire health!. It will help you better concentrate and go on with your swimming practice!.
