Question: How do i get a body like this!?
This is my desired body shape and i have the strucyure to build to that! What sort of exercises and gym work should i do!?

I like questions like these!. Why!? Because you have a specific goal!. Too many people join a gym and start an exercise routine without a plan or a goal in mind!. This is the first and biggest mistake most beginners (and some experienced people) make!. If you don't have a plan or a goal, how do you know that what you're doing will take you there!? So, good for you!. Keep that goal in sight all the time!.
Now, I have no idea who that guy is but he does have a nice physique!. He's not very muscular, neither is he skinny, nor is he ridiculously lean!. I would say he's a good example of a fit and healthy looking male, although I would personally prefer more muscle!. :)
That said, you just have to start dedicating a lot of your time to good, basic training in the gym!. I would say that for at least one year, stick to total body training 3 times per week!. To that, you should also add light cardio 2 times per week, just to keep the fat levels low!. And you need to do this consistently!. For at least 2 years!. No one gets a body like that overnight!.
And as a nutritionist, I must always add this: Get your diet right!. Without a good nutritional protocol, you will never build a great body!. It's all about the nutrition!. Think about it: When bodybuilders bulk, they manipulate their nutrition!. When they cut for a contest, they also manipulate their nutrition!.

Most guys don't realize that they already have abs!. But people have abdominal muscles, they just are lying dormant and are covered by layers of fat!.
I'll suggest you two tips:
1!. Burn the fat it involves doing some form of exercise for 20-30 minutes 3-5 days a week which will burn off your existing fat!.

EVERYTHING!!!! Im not gay at all, but that dudes got a nice freakin body!. He didnt get like that by just doing a few certain excercises!. You have to work every possible muscle you have!. For starters do a whole **** load of ab work, Tons of cable flies and bench press for your chest, Lots of curls for biceps, I can keep going forever because you have to use just about every machine in the gym to get a physique like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

it aint easy homie,its lots of work,im workin on my body so i can get my abs too,Iv been workin out for 4 years im cut but i still have lot to goo,my problem is my diet i dont eat healthy and too much sugar,but this 2 weeks i started watching what i eat and whn ,and i can see results,but still some time i cheat i eat ice cream or cand tht fcks me uppp,but work hard and alway when u thinking of food think bout that body that u want,it will help trust me!.
