okay she called me eirlier and told me that, and that she barely ate anything in two days, i told her all the bad things about it and she sayd she doesnt want to do it!. she told me she wanted to when she was on this site and everyone was "so pretty and so skinny" !.!.!.!.!.she thinks shes fat even though shes not, she isnt skinny but she is DEFINATLY not fat!. she lives like 1 hour away!.!.!.!.!.!. how do i make sure she doesnt go back to being anerexic!?!?!? she thinks shes fat because some people say she is but its teenagers saying it and everyone know how jugdemental teenageers are!.!.!.!. shes not even fat!.!.!.!. uugh help me!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell her she doesn't need the opinion of judgmental teens to ruin her life!. They're teens, for god's sake, I'm one but i don't put others down like that!. Second, convince her that there is nothing wrong with her!. Encourage her that she's beautiful the way she is!. Then tell others who can help her battle her anorexic tendencies!. Probably someone she trusts the most (I presume its you)!. Its like trying to convince someone against suicide!. Believe me, when someone they trust tells them not to do something, they'll brood over that then realize their mistake sooner or later!. Call her up, okay!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
since you live a distance apart you cant keep an eye on her!.!. but if she want to lose weight suggest she walks or does something healthy!. if it is more her self esteem that is making her do this send her emails or texts that would build her self esteem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
