Question: Lose fat around stomach, but increase muscle size in forearms!?
I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 165 so I'm skinny but I have some muscle!. My problem is that my forearms are very skinny and bony while my stomach is flabby!. The rest of my body is fine though!. I want to make my forearms bigger and at the same time tighten up my ab region!. I've been working out for about a year now, and while other areas have improved, those two stay the same!. What combination of exercises can I do to lose the fat around my stomach while gaining muscle on my forearms without compromising one for the other!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well from my experience u should do 50- 100 crunches a day and 50 push-ups a day for 6 months and u should be good if u want abs and arm muscles!.!.!.!.also if u can get some ty-bo that really works cause im in this class called arobics and toning and thats all we dont it ty-bo and it really works u should try!.!.!.do it every day the whole movieWww@Answer-Health@Com
