Question: Is it bad to work out for a twelve year old!?

It's not!. Just not the adult style!. Like lifting heavy weights can affect your growth, you'll be not as tall as you could have been without lifting weights!. Just an example!. It's greta to do exercising, like running, aerobics, stuff like that!. Don't overdo with the muscles too much though!. They will come with time!. its not bad!.!.!.but you wont build much muscle at 12!. your testosterone levels arent really high yet!. that means less protein synthesis in your muscles!. you can still get fit though doing cardio!. just do some sports with friends or at school!. hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
