Answers:
As little as four and up to eight!. you want to leave about 2 minutes inbetween sets to let your muscles rest a bit!. Also, you want to have a work out plan!. Chest and tris, back and bis, legs, arms(like a four day program)!. Also, you want to work the larger muscles before the smaller muscles!. Consistency as well!. At least 4 days in the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are trying to build big muscles then you need to lift heavy weights with small amounts of reps!.!.!. This mean lifting a heavy weight any where from 6 down to twice! You can do more if you want but I wouldn't advise it!.!.!. And you cant just go in and start lifting 300 pounds you need to work your way up to the really heavy weights!.!.!. So start with something manageable, something comfortable but still challenging! Oh and make sure if you are going to try to go heavier that you have someone to spot you! Now for the time you should wait between sets, it really shouldnt be more than 1 minute but if you must wait longer dont go over 2 minutes because it gives your muscles too much time to cool down!

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I highly, HIGHLY recommend it!.
Hypertrophy = bigger muscles!.

It tells you the "secrets" to gaining bigger muscles!.

You vary your reps whilst keeping sets low!.

Btw if you are going to do multiple sets only allow a maximum of 2 min!.

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
