The best way to get rid of belly fat is to:
1) Eat healthy

3) Do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day!.
Power walking, jogging, biking, skating, swimming laps, jumping rope, dancing, and jumping jacks!.

5) Get plenty of sleep!.
6) Try to limit stress as it causes weight to settle in the abdominal area!.

well, myself being a vegetarian, i eat lots of fruit and garden or boca burgers and i drink a lot of water!.
relieving stress can be some peoples way of tipping the scale to finally be the shape they want to be!. so just try not worry about little things and always drink lots of water, protein coming from anywhere besides meat would be fine, try tofu!.
