Can I work out everyday if I dont get sore?!

Question: Can I work out everyday if I dont get sore!?
I do work different muscle groups each day of the week!. I was wondering if this would help orhurt my muscle gain!. I really dont get sore from the exercises!. (so I'm thinking there aren't any tiny tears in my muscles that will need time to repair by not working out the next day!. Everyone at the gym is stronger than I am and I know its time to push it to the limit!.

You have to give your muscles groups 24-48 hours before working them out again!. I used to rotate my routine and worked out at the gym 6 days a week (the 6th day was only cardio, while the other 5 were a mix of weights and cardio on some days)!. So it's possible to work out almost every day, as long as you are doing different things!.

However, if you are not getting sore, you are NOT lifting enough! (There will still be some muscle tears/growth even if you can't feel it, though!.) Increase your weight and decrease your reps!. You definitely are not lifting enough if you aren't feeling anything!. (This is a huge mistake most women make, by the way!.)

You might want to take one day to check your max weight for each exercise (one rep, max weight)!. Rest a day or two after that!. Once you've figured out that number, lift 60%-80% of that amount for your sets!. You should be doing 3 sets of 6-8 reps, and the last 2-3 reps should be difficult!. If not, you are not lifting enough!. Don't hurt yourself!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am actually a bally total ftness trainer

i reccomend atleast giving your body 1 full free day without working out (minimum)

and give each muscle group a 2 day break (opinion)
- muscles taer when you workout and they regrow just like a scab and thats how muscles grow (expand)

and when you say that u dont get SORE it unbelievable unless you are not working out to a full extent

i reccomend heavy wieghts for big muscles and small wieghts for cuts

hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sure you can, if your used to that certain exercise (by that I mean that you have done it several times consistently) !. Make sure you pack in some protein after your workout to repair muscles!.

Good luck!

try working out 5 weekdays, and resting on the weekends to let your muscles repairWww@Answer-Health@Com
