Question: Is it helpful to wear something that holds your stomach in while exercising!?
I do a variety of exercise videos and they always say to suck your stomach in while doing exercises and it'll help flatten it!. What if I wear something girdle-like while exercising, will that help too!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not a good idea!. The reason it's good to suck it in, is because that exercises the muscles; a girdle would do the job of your muscles, thereby producing no good results to your body!. Also, if your "girdle" is too tight you can't breathe correctly!. Back in the days of corsets, women had weak backs and fainted a lot due to these facts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
