Question: Can you excercise to often!?will it have a negative affect!?
At the moment i weight train 6 days a week for 2 hours, and cardio 7 days a week burning 400 calories on the cross trainer and doing 1 hour brisk walks each night!. Can i overdo it, or is this fine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
