I don't like to use carbonated energy drinks because too many can be bad on your kidneys!. So I drink a powder energy drink mix that easily mixes with a bottle of water!. It's called PowerEdge!. It's very strong and about $2 for 10 packets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i love minithins! little over the counter pills in alot of gas stations, keep you awake, but don't make you (or at least me) all shaky and stuff!. next up would be energy spray because it works right away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
