Cant do a sit up anymore?!


Question: Cant do a sit up anymore!?
i started working out about two weeks ago and was starting out small with my stomach area and just doing 2 sets of 30 every other day!. i was doing it fine and was little sore the next day, which is normal!. well about 3 days ago when i went to work out i could barely do one sit up and it just wiped me out!. my stomach isn't sore or hurting nor tight, its just like i don't have any strength, like i gotten weaker from working outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm!.!.!.there are two reasons that come to mind!. The most obvious is DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)!. This occurs when you over work the muscle and actually cause muscle cells to rupture and others to be inflamed!. When this occurs you have soreness and muscle weakness!. You will become weaker then before you started working out!. The other less likely thing that cause weakness would be a muscle rupture!. You would know if this happened!. My guess!.!.!.!.even though you started slow, you still over worked it!.
