Question: Do you think this diet will work fine!? Or should i add something!.!.!.suggestions are great!?
1!. I am just going to drink green tea!.!.!. (4 or five cups aday)
2!. Just gonna eat veggies and fruits!.!.!.and one kind of meat product!.
3!. Lifting weights for at least a hour aday!.
4!. Jog for at least 15 minutes!.
5!. Run stairs!.!.!.about 15 or 20 stairs!.!.!.!.50 times!.!.!.breaks after every 20!.!.
It makes me sweat like no other!.!.!.I mean it like drips off!.!.!.i am still sweating after 20 minutes of the workout!.

6!. Sit ups!.!.!.calf ups!.!.!.and streches and junk!.

7!. Always standing up!.!.!.never sitting!.!.!.!.


Is this a good way to lose weight!? Or do I need to add something else!.!.!.!.

yes you will definately lose weight!. i heard green tea is really good for weight loss bc it boosts ur metabolism

just make sure u take a vitamin daily so u are getting all the nutrients u need!.

the meat you do eat make sure its not fried, or beef!. turkey is the least fat and also probably the most healthy!.

also eat lots of peppers!. they are i think the healthiest food bc they contain like every nutrient!.!.plus they are yummyWww@Answer-Health@Com
