Question: How to become a US Size 2!?
It's a UK size 6
i really want to lose the weight!.!. i'm currently a US 4-6 (UK 8-10!.!.!. so i haven't got THAT much to lose)!.!.!. please don't tell me not to do it, i wanna know HOW to do it!
at the moment i'm eating between 500-1000 calories during the week, exercising about half an hour a day in the gym, and having "normal" foods at the weekend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah 500 - 1000 calories a day is extreme!. Bump that up to 1500 calories with a half hour in the gym and try to keep your weight loss at 1-2 lbs a week!. Going to the extremes you are going to is not sustainable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well a US size 2 is actually about the equivilent of a small UK size 8 so you are pretty much already there!. A UK size 6 is more like a US size 0 and unless naturally that small, you shouldn't diet to achieve it!.

You clearly don't need to lose weight and eating less than 1000 calories a day is dangerous to your health!. Perhaps you need to talk to a professional about your need to be a size 6 and practically starving yourself to get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well since you are doing everything you should be and cant drop one more size, you can unhealthily take adderall!. it is used primarily for ADD but ive heard of people using it to lose weight because it curbs your appetite!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need 1800 Cal's a day you are setting yourself up failure!. Get on a sensible diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
