I'm 16, weigh 165 and bench around 240!. Is this decent for my weight or are the people I lift with just pussys!?
I've gone from 135 lb to 165 in the past year and my bench has gone up from 115 to 240, would it be a realistic goal for me to get my bench up to 300 by the end of the year!? (not 2008 year, like school year in about 30 weeks)Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably not!.!.!. when you first start working out your muscles and weights will go up drastically!.!.!. but when you get to a certain point they will start to plateau to break through this change up your workout once in a while!.!.!. try setting a goal of increasing by 30 lbs instead of 60 so you dont disappoint yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
