i have never liked vegs ever since i was a baby!. im trying to eat healthy but i just do not like them!. i like fruits!. i am trying to lose weight but i can not eat veggies!. any ideas!?!.!.maybe to disguise the taste or eat something in replacementWww@Answer-Health@Com

Fry an onion until cooked but not brown!. Add 1/2 litre of vegetable or chichen stock and roughly same volume of vegetables (if you want really thick soup- or less if you like a thinner soup)!. Any vegetables will do! Then add either 100 ml of cream or creamed cheese (low fat) and blend!.
Very filling and delicious!.
Alternatively- if you love fruit just eat that!. Fruit dosn't contain as much iron as vegetables so be sure to eat some red meat and your diet should be balanced enough!. I love vegetables but hate fruit and my diet is perfectly balanced!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might try carrots because they are a natural sweetener!. Then on your next meal try to add sweet peas because they are a great combination with carrots!.
Veggies are great stuff but you might have to eat it for a while before you can start enjoying them!. If you make Asian stir fry, the spices would help hide part of the veggie taste!.

avocado
gai-lan (chinese broccoli) - my personal favorite!. get some oyster sauce on top of it!.
eggplant
regular broccoli
bell peppers (red, green, yellow - they're not hot at all)
avoid celery or okra, or sprouts for that matter!. you will hate celery unless it's mixed in with fried angel hair rice noodles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need 900 gms of veggies a day for optimum health!. juice them raw!. it will be easier to swallow!. try cooking them indian style!. a lot of indians are vegetarians that is why we have a treasure house of yummy veg recipes!. try palak paneer, palak raita, cucumber raita, to start with!. you are bound to like them!
