Is using the rowing machine a good alternative to weights?!


Question: Is using the rowing machine a good alternative to weights!?
i usually run about 2 - 3 km and then do weights but now im thinking of using the rowing machine instead!. any suggestions!?

oh and should i do cardio or weights first!? my goal is to lose weight, not gain muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
