Question: I started to work out in gym today for about one hr, I feel so tired!.!.!?
does that mean I work out too much!?!?

Don't over do it right off the bat!. Choose comfortable weights, go slow, get yourself used to the routine, then slowly over time you can add weights, more time, and just more over all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be a combo of not working out like that in so long, also check your diet, if you are eating fast-burning sugars, you probably burned it all at the gym!. drink some milk and have some carbs, like a bagel or something!. also, dehydration can make you feel tired, so make sure you stay hydrated, especially after adding new stress to your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may be continue for 7-8 days and then it will start subsiding and you will be perfectly alright!. If the pain is too much, you could take mild pain killers also!. I have done, and it works well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its just because your not used to it!. dont worry your body will up its fitness after awhile and your be able to do that one hour easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
