Okay so Im 17 5'5 118-120lbs
trying to lose weight
Bfast: Yogurt apricot bar (7:30am)
Lunch: Salad wrap (12:00)
Snack: Grapes (1:00)
Dinner: Bowl of thick organic yogurt (5:45pm)
CALORIES ARE:
B: 240
L: 250
S: 138
D: 250

Ok! wow is that all your eating!? and also where is the exercise seriously if you want to lose weight you need to but also need to make sure you are getting your 5 a day!. Just start off by doing simple sit ups in your bedroom or walking instead of driving and catching buses!. Good Luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com
that's under 1000 calories!. oh c'mon, you know that's not enough! you're just going to ruin your metabolism if you starve yourself!. 118-120lbs already sounds just right for your height!. you don't even need to lose anymore in fact if you gained even 5lbs, you'd still be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
