108 to 105 pounds? Help please!?!


Question: 108 to 105 pounds!? Help please!!?
Hi everybody!. I have been training for a year now and have spent many hours in the gym on my body!. For some reason, however, I'm having trouble with my last couple pounds!. I'm 20 years old and I have my weight goal to be on my 21st birthday which is Oct!. 29!. Is it possible to lose these three pounds by then!? Any suggestions!? I usually do 50 minutes on the treadmill 5-6 days a week and 3-4 days a week I do weight lifting!. I'm not sure how many calories I should be consuming!. I roughly eat around 1500!. Any advice/suggestions would make me very happy!. Thanks!

if i told you then you would become more inerestic too skinny im 13 and weigh 130 pounds and is 5 ft 1

maybe u cud try in the diet area since u seem to werk out a lot n_n maybe try becoming a vegetarian, people lose an average of 15 pounds when they become a vegetarian ? Www@Answer-Health@Com
